By using the Luxury 24/7 website and purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Products and authenticity

All items sold by Luxury 24/7 are pre-owned luxury goods, carefully inspected and authenticated by hand before they are offered for sale. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. Product descriptions, photographs, and condition assessments are provided to the best of our ability and reflect the item at the time of listing.

Luxury 24/7 has no affiliation with the represented brands and is strictly a resale vendor. Brand names and logos referenced in product descriptions belong to their respective owners.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and the other payment methods displayed at checkout. California sales tax is applied where applicable.

Orders and availability

Every item is a one-of-a-kind pre-owned piece and is subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is no longer available; in such cases a full refund is issued promptly.

Returns

All sales are final, with one exception: if an item is ever determined to be inauthentic, we provide a full refund. See our Refund policy for the details.

Limitation of liability

Luxury 24/7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
